Idukki has a wonderful wildlife sanctuary above the arch Dam where you can watch elephants, reptiles, tigers, panthers, bison, langurs, the laughing thrush, the myna, jungle fowls and assorted birds in their natural habitats and feel the charisma of nature.One of the main attractions is the Kuthumkal Waterfalls and the Keezar Kuthu is a waterfall attracting the film industry.
