Day 01: Cochin- Kumarakom Backwater

Day 02: Kumarakom- Village Backwater Cruise
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast we take you to Village Backwater Cruise. A nearby village and 3-hour backwater cruise on a non-mechanized traditional country boat rowed by two villagers through the narrow canals of different villages. Day 03: Kumarakom- House Boat

Check into a traditional houseboat of Kerala Style and go on a leisurely backwater cruise along the lake on a thatched houseboat. Day 04: Houseboat- Alappuzha
AM at leisure on House Boat. Later at 1000 Hrs boat arrives at Alleppey finishing point jetty. On arrival check out from houseboat after breakfast and we transfer you to Alappuzha. On arrival Alappuzha check into hotel. The alluring Alappuzha with its lovely lakes, lagoons and the fresh water rivers will not fail to sweep you off your feet. The stunningly gorgeous Venice of the East has more than the boat races, houseboats, beaches, marine products and the coir industry; Alappuzha is home to the diverse animal and bird life. Day 05: Alappuzha -Kuttanad

Kuttanad in the heart of the backwaters of Alappuzha owing to its richness of the paddy crops is referred to as the rice bowl of Kerala. Because of her wealth of paddy crops, is the very heart of the backwater. The scenic countryside here is a rich crop of bananas, yams and cassava. This one of the places in the world where farming is done below sea level. Inland waterways which flow above land level are an amazing feature of this unique land. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 06 :
You are greeted an arrival at the Cochin International Airport/Railway Station and transfer to your hotel.Afternoon sight seeing by boat visiting, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St:Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets and Bolgatty Palace. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07 :
Early morning, depart for Kumarakam (125 kms - 4 hrs), arrival at noon time. Check into your hotel. Afternoon, visit to neighbouring places. Overnight at Hotel. Kumarakam is a unique backwater destination situated on the banks of Vembanad lake. Kumarakam bird sanctuary is a favourite haunt of migratory birds from across the world which makes it a renowned bird watching centre. It is also a centre for houseboat cruises.
Day 08 :
Alleppey. Overnight at Houseboat. (Traditional Kerala food will be served). The houseboats are giant country Crafts, measuring upto 80 feet length. It took great skill and meticulousness to construct these giants by tying huge planks of jack wood together, without the use of a single nail. Today these are the most exciting tourism product in India, which usually has one or two bath rooms, an open lounge, deck, kitchenette and a crew comprising oarsmen, a cook and guide.
Day 09 :
Morning, it is the time to bid fare.Transfer to airport/ Transfer to airport/railway station to your destination.

You are greeted on arrival at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station by our representative and transferred to Hotel. After noon sight seeing at Cochin visiting St. Mary’s Cathedral, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace, Chinese fishing nets, over night stay at Hotel.
Day 11: Cochin-Alleppey
Morning after breakfast proceed to Alleppey, Check in to your House Boat cruise through Narrow Canal, Paddy Fields, Coconut Lagoons and Coir Villages to Kumarakom. Over night stay at House Boat.
Day 12: Kumarakom to Cochin
It’s time to bid farewell. Drop at Cochin Airport/Railway station in time to catch your further travel.
